Calendar Alerts
Calendar Alerts are notes written in the Client Workspace Notes area that are specifically connected to a patient’s calendar. Labeling a Workspace Note as a Calendar Alert tells us that it’s important for you or other staff to see this information when booking an appointment for that client. So as a result we put it front and center right at the time it is most relevant: When booking the appointment.

Calendar Alerts will show up in red once the patient is selected during booking.
How to Create a Calendar Alert
To create a calendar alert, you must create a new note in the Client Workspace, and then label it as a Calendar Alert.
