If a Practitioner Has No Photo

When no photo exists:

  • This looks unprofessional - encourage uploading photos

  • The placeholder is identical across all practitioners

Pages with practitioner photos convert better than those without. Encourage all team members to upload professional headshots.

Coordinating Team Photos

For a cohesive look:

Style Guidelines

  • Choose consistent lighting and backgrounds
  • Agree on dress code (professional, casual, etc.)
  • Maintain similar framing (head and shoulders)
