Create or Join an Office

First-Time Login

When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to either create a new Office or accept an invitation to join an existing one.

  • Practitioners can choose to create a new Office or join an existing one.
  • Medical Assistants and Staff should only approve an invitation to join an existing Office.

Accepting an Invitation

If an invitation is active, you will see an Approve link when you log in. Click Approve to instantly connect to that Office.

How do I accept an invitation to join an office, or how do I create a new office - the page seen after login which allows you create a new office or join an existing office you were invited to.

If you were invited to join an existing office, you can either join that office, or you can create a new office.

Creating a New Office

If you are a Practitioner, you can create a new Office by clicking the Create New Office link. You will be taken to the New Office Creation Page.

If you were not invited to join an existing office, then you can only create a new office.

  • Fill in all fields completely. The Create Office button will not be active until all required information is entered.
  • If your clinic does not have a website, simply enter “www” in the website field to continue.

Once all information is entered, click Create Office to finish.
