Patient Waitlist
The Patient Waitlist Dashboard Card is the main workspace for managing your clinic’s waitlist. It lists every active waitlist entry across your office, tags each entry green / orange / red based on whether matching openings exist in the calendar, and gives staff one-click access to contact the patient, book them in, or remove the entry.
From the Patient Waitlist Dashboard Card you can:
- See every active waitlist entry, grouped by patient
- Filter by tab (Available / No Availability / Aging / Expired), practitioner, or appointment type
- Search by patient name and sort by bookability, date added, or patient name
- Add a new patient to the waitlist via the + button
- Notify a patient about an opening (email or SMS) with editable templates
- Book a matching slot directly from the entry — with or without sending a confirmation email
- Edit, cancel, or mark booked any existing entry
- View the full audit log for every entry and every patient’s appointment history
