Importing Your Schedule

Your schedule can be imported into the OutSmart calendar only if you are also importing your patient demographic data. You must download and fill out the template below and follow these requirements:

  • You must request a patient demographic import that includes a unique patient ID.
  • The Patient ID in your schedule import file must match the Patient ID in your patient list.
  • Start and End times for appointments must reference a specific time zone, which you will need to provide.
  • Start and End times must be in the YYYY-MM-DD HH:SS format (e.g., 2019-12-25 18:00).
