Purchase Your Subscription

To use OutSmart EMR’s advanced features as a practitioner, you must have a Subscription. Admin accounts do not require a subscription.

Before purchasing, ensure you have already:

Purchasing a Subscription as an Invited Practitioner

If you have been invited to an existing clinic, you cannot purchase a subscription from within that office’s account. To get a subscription, you will need to first create your own office, purchase a subscription there, and then log back into the office you were invited to. Your subscription will carry over.

Create a New Office

  1. Log in to the account you were invited to.
  2. Click on your initials in the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. In the menu that appears, select Change Office.
  4. You will be returned to the Office Selection screen. Click the + button to create your own office and fill in all the required fields.
  5. Once your office is created, log into it to proceed to the next step.

The Subscription Process

Once you have an account and you have created your office, you can follow these steps to purchase a subscription:

{% step %} Click on the Subscription button in the main navigation menu or under your initials. You can also click the Start Free Trial button on the Welcome Card if it is offered to you.

{% step %} Click Create Subscription for either the “Monthly” or “Yearly” subscription segment.

{% step %} Enter your credit card information and click Purchase Module.

Important Notes:

  • Your credit card information is validated when you save it, but no charges are made for validation purposes.
  • If you are eligible for a trial, your credit card will be charged at the end of the trial period. If not, the card will be charged as soon as the subscription is created.
  • You can switch from a monthly to a yearly subscription at any time by clicking Switch To Yearly. The yearly cost will be charged at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • More modules can be added at any time. The prorated cost of the new module will be charged at the end of the current subscription cycle.
