Assigning a Patient to an Office (Practitioner Only)
A practitioner can manually assign a patient to an office through the Master Patient List:
- Open the Master Patient List by clicking the Patients option in the Main Navigation Menu.
- Find the patient using the search field at the top right of the Patient List.
- In the left-most column, you will see an office icon . Click on it.
- In the window that opens, a green button means the patient is already connected to the office. Clicking it will break the connection. A grey button means the patient is not connected. Clicking it will create a connection.
A patient can also be assigned to an office by booking an appointment with a practitioner at that office:
- Create an appointment in the Calendar with the patient and practitioner, at the specified office location.
- Save the appointment to create the link.
