V1 Book Now Button

The original online booking system gives each practitioner and each office its own URL. You add a Book Now button to your website by pointing it at one of those URLs. If you’re unfamiliar with editing your website, this is something to hand off to a web designer.

Your Two Booking URLs

The V1 system generates two booking URLs:

  • Personal Booking Link — a single practitioner’s online booking page. Use this when you want patients booking with you specifically and nobody else.
  • Office Booking Link — the clinic’s office-wide booking page, listing every practitioner at the office and letting patients pick. This page also includes the bios of all practitioners.

Where to Find the URLs

  1. Open the Calendar by clicking the calendar icon at the top right of the screen.
  2. Click the gear icon at the top right of the calendar.
  3. Click Online Booking Options.

In the Online Booking Options panel:

  • If you’ve already set up online booking, you’ll see your Personal Booking Link and Office Booking Link displayed.
  • If this is your first time setting it up, you’ll see an empty field called Online Booking Handle. Enter a unique handle that will become part of your URL, then scroll down and click Save.

Adding the URL to Your Website

Once you have the URL, hand it to your web designer or add it to your site yourself as the link target for a Book Now button, menu item, or sidebar link.

Most clinics put one of the URLs on their site:

  • If patients should book with anyone at the clinic, use the Office Booking Link.
  • If patients should book with you specifically, use the Personal Booking Link.

You can also put both — one as “Book at Our Clinic” and the other as “Book with Dr. X” — if that fits your site.
