Daily Schedule
The Daily Schedule Dashboard Card provides a convenient, compact view of your day’s schedule. It serves as an ideal launchpad for managing your appointments, accessing the Patient Workspace, and creating new charts for your clients.
From the Daily Schedule Dashboard Card, you can perform the following actions:
- Print a Daily Schedule
- Go to the Client Workspace for the patient
- Create a new SOAP chart for the patient
- Check in or check out the patient
- Launch an OutSmart Meet telemedicine session
- Send an OutSmart Meet link to the patient via email

The daily schedule dashboard card is one of the cards you can add onto your dashboard to track your schedule for the day. As an admin you can track the schedules of all the practitioners in the clinic.
Printing the Daily Schedule
The Daily Schedule printout provides an easy-to-follow printed schedule for your day. As a practitioner, you can print your own schedule and set your own preferences. As an admin, you can print schedules for all practitioners at the clinic.
To access the printout, click the “print” icon at the top right of the Daily Schedule Dashboard Card.
Accessing the Client Workspace
Clicking on a patient’s name in this card will take you directly to their Client Workspace, where you can review their past appointments and medical history. You can also access the workspace by selecting ‘Go To Workspace’ from the actions menu.
Creating a New SOAP Chart
Creating a new SOAP chart from the Daily Schedule Card offers a benefit beyond just convenience. The system already knows the type of appointment the client is booked for, so it pre-selects the chart type for you. This saves you a step and takes you directly into the chart, pre-selected based on the visit type.
Checking In and Checking Out
- Clicking ‘Check In’ updates the event’s status to ‘Attended’.
- Clicking ‘Check Out’ updates the event’s status to ‘Completed’.
Launch an OutSmart Meet telemedicine session
If your booking is for a virtual visit, you can launch the OutSmart Meet session by clicking on the purple camera icon next to the booking. This will start up the session immediately.
Send an OutSmart Meet link to the patient via email
In case the patient lost the automated e-mail sent out to them with the link to join the session, you can sent it again from here. Click on the purple camera icon next to the booking, and then select “Send OutSmart Meet Link”. This will send the link to the patient via email.
