Create an account on OutSmart EMR

Creating Your Account

To create your new Practitioner or Staff account, you must first receive an email invitation. There are two scenarios for receiving this link:

  • Joining an Existing Clinic: Your clinic staff will send you an email invitation to join their account. Simply click the link in the email to begin.
  • Creating a New Clinic Account: If you are the first person from your clinic to set up an OutSmart EMR account, you need to request a registration link — contact us at contact.outsmartemr.com.

Important: If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

The Registration Process

Once you click the registration link, you will be directed to the account registration page. The registration code will be automatically populated.

  • Fill out all required fields.
  • Ensure that the email address you enter is the same one where you received the registration link.
