Managing Existing Invoices
Changing the Patient on an Invoice
To change the patient associated with an invoice, you must open it in editing mode.

If the invoice is in print view, click the Return To Invoice button at the top-left to go back to editing mode.

Click Return To Invoice to edit an invoice that you are viewing in print view.

Click on the patient drop-down list at the top-left of the invoice and select the new patient.

Next, click on the Billing Address drop-down and select the correct address from the patient’s file.

Click Save at the bottom to update the invoice.

Type in a different customer’s name to change the customer.
