Recent Notes Dashboard Card
The Recent Notes card is your high-level window into the latest clinical activity across your facility. Instead of searching for individual patient updates, this card brings the most recent documentation together in one centralized location.
To add the card to your dashboard, click the Dashboard Card Menu and select Notes.

The Recent Notes cards shows you the most recent patient notes entered across your patient list.
The card automatically aggregates and displays notes from all patients you have permission to view. This ensures you stay informed about recent developments without manual searching.
- Reverse Chronological Order: The most recent entries always appear at the top of the list.
- Visibility-Based: You will only see notes for patients you are authorized to access, maintaining strict privacy and compliance.
- Real-time Context: Quickly identify updates from other team members that may impact your scheduled appointments or follow-ups.

Quick Navigation
Each entry in the Recent Notes card includes a clickable link on the patient’s name. Clicking this link will take you directly to that specific Patient Workspace, allowing you to dive deeper into their chart or add a follow-up note immediately.
Cross-Team Visibility
By viewing notes entered by any staff member in the clinic, you can gain a holistic view of the patient’s recent journey—from front-desk check-in notes to specialist observations.
