Updating Your Payment Information

If you need to update your credit card information, you can do that right within OutSmart EMR.

  1. Log into the Principal Practitioner Account – this is the account of the practitioner to set up the office / clinic – and then open the Main Navigation menu (three bars at the top left of the screen.)
  2. Select the Subscriptions option at the bottom of the menu.  This will take you to the subscriptions page.
  3. Select the Billing Information tab at the top, and update your credit card information.  It may take up to 30 seconds for the system to retrieve your current card information and display it for editing.
  4. Click on the Update button to process the update.  This may take up to 30 seconds for the update to process.

Settling Previously Unpaid Invoices

Once have finished updating your card information, if you have any previously unpaid bills, you will need to click on the Bills tab at the top of the screen to view your invoices.  You can pay any unpaid bills from here.
