Reactivating A Suspended Subscription

If you had a subscription but now your account appears to be unsubscribed, it is likely that your credit card declined billing for 2 months in a row.  Usually, you will have received e-mail notifications of any billing issues.

In order to reactivate your account, you will need to contact us via the messenger or via e-mail in order to get your account reactivated.  This can take up to 1 day to reset your account.
