How to Setup Your Subscription

OutSmart Subscription Set-up Steps

First of all, if you have not yet create a free account on OutSmart, please do that now, and then come back here to learn how to set up your subscription.

Once you’ve got a free account, you can proceed with the steps below.

  • Step 1: Log in to the application as the practitioner who is to be the subscription owner.
  • Step 2: Click on the “Subscription” button located in the application’s main navigation menu or under the practitioner’s initials.

If the Welcome card is being shown you may also click on the “Start Free Trial” button to navigate to the subscription page.

  • Step 3: Click Add Module and include all desired modules for each practitioner you wish to add specific modules to
  • Step 4: Click Create Subscription from either the “Monthly” or “Yearly” subscription segments

The credit card information will be validated through Stripe with the payment provider by referencing the information entered. No charges to the card will be made for validation purposes.

  • Step 5: Enter your credit card information then click Purchase Module
  • The subscription is now active.
    • If eligible for a trial, the credit card entered will be charged at the end of the trial.
      • If not eligible for a trial the credit card entered will be charged as soon as the subscription is created.
    • “Switch To Yearly” can be used to promote the monthly subscription to a yearly one at any time.
      • The yearly cost will be charged at the end of the current (monthly/trial) subscription cycle.
    • More modules can be added to the subscription at any time.
      • The prorated cost of the module will be charged to the credit card entered at the end of the current subscription cycle.
