New Calendar Pre-Release is here!

A new version of the OutSmart Calendar has been released for our last round of testing today! You can turn on or off the new calendar easily, so that you can feel comfortable trying it out, and then switching back to the old calendar if you feel that you need to do so.

The new Calendar has both a mobile and a desktop view. The interface is slightly different for a mobile perspective.

You can turn on or off the new calendar using the Upgrade and Downgrade buttons to the left of the calendar.

From a mobile device, you can toggle the new calendar from within your profile page. Click on your initials at the top right of the screen, and select “My Profile”. From there, click on the “preferences” tab at the top, and select “yes” to turn on the new calendar pre-release. You will have to reload the screen when you are done.

New Messenger

The new OutSmart Messenger pre-release will allow you to communicate with any member of your clinic right from within your EMR. This will allow you to share information and discuss clinic operations or patient concerns in a private and secure manner.

The new OutSmart Messenger Module

If you do not see the messenger icon at the top right of your interface, then you will need to log out of your account and log back in so that the new module can be activated. Once activated, you will see the icon appear at the top right of your OutSmart account interface.

Clicking on the icon will open up the messenger, where you will be able to select any member of your office to communicate with.

In this pre-release, you will be able to communication one-on-one, but once our testing phase is completed, you will have the option to create groups within the clinic.
