Release Notes – December 15th, 2025

Patient Workspace

• We have made updates to the Products tab in the patient workspace to show more products purchased by patients as well as make the product search more responsive.

Invoice

• A “Update Patient Info” button has been added to the print view of invoices to allow updating of patient details if they change after invoices are finalized.

Reports

• Some speed enhancements have been added to reports to help speed up report generation. More updates to come on reports over the next several weeks as we do an overhaul of the reporting system.

Lab Data Import – Coming Next Week!

• We launched a new feature that has been in testing with a few clinics over the past couple of weeks, and is will be ready for release in the coming week. Our new Lab Analysis tool uses AI to analyze lab test results that you upload to a patient’s chart. It will automatically extract data and enter it into the measurements section of your SOAP Chart, and also provide a clinical interpretation of the data to help you get an idea of what the lab could indicate.

New Patient Booking System – Coming Next Week!

Our new online booking system is in the final stages of testing and will be made available to select clinics in the next week. If you would like to join the test group, please reach out to our support team to let us know and we will add you to it. It’s a major update and offers a significantly better patient experience as well as several clinic branding opportunities.
