Here is how you can generate a Patient List report for export or just simple reporting:

1. Open the Main Navigation Menu and select Reports.
2. From the drop down lists at the top of the Reports page, select Patient, and then choose Patient List Report.
3. Use the available options to configure your report

Export To CSV

If you want to export your report, click on the CSV button at the top of the page to produce a CSV file which you can open in Excel.

Print The Report

If you want to print the report, click on the Print button at the top of the page.
