The Event Logs are a log of all activities, both manual and automated, that involve a specific event in your Calendar. This includes the creation of the event, any modifications, and any e-mails or notifications that have been sent as a result of the event creation and event changes.
You can access the Event Log for a specific event by clicking on the event in your calendar, and then clicking on the Event Log tab at the bottom of the Event Editor.
The Event Log will help you to investigate changes related to the event, and notifications sent, in case there are any unexpected changes to that event, or notification issues. Logs are listed in reverse chronological order, with the most recent activity at the top of the list.
