Changing your login e-mail address or password can be done from your account profile page. This video will demonstrate how this is done.
If you have lost your password to your account, you can recover your password from the OutSmart Login Page: app.outsmartemr.com
Once on the login page, click on the “forgot password” link.
Click on the ‘forgot password’ link to reset your password.
On the Password Reset page, type in the e-mail address for your account and then click on ‘Recover Password’.
Enter your login e-mail address, and click on Recover Password.
Once you have clicked on the Recover Password button, you will be sent an e-mail with instructions on how to recover your password.
If you did not get the e-mail in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder in case it was filtered into there. If you still cannot find it, ensure that you are resetting your password from the Chrome browser, using a laptop or desktop computer, and try again.
