You can view your fax history from the Documents area. Click on the “Document” icon at the top right of the OutSmart interface to access the Documents area.
In the Documents screen, click on the Fax History icon in the toolbar. This will open a history of your most recent faxes, as well as their status and links to preview what was faxed.
You will be able to see different activity depending on the account you are logged into.
If you are logged into an office Admin account, you will be able to see a history of every single fax sent out from your office.
If you are logged in as the owner of the OutSmart EMR fax account, you will be able to see a history of all faxes that were sent using your account. Note that other practitioners at the clinic have the ability to use your fax account to send faxes – this allows your clinic to share a single fax account amongst all clinicians.
If you are logged in as a practitioner who is using another practitioner’s fax account, you will only be able to see the faxes that you have sent from your account.
