💡 Feature Bubbles

• Interactive bubbles now highlight new features directly in the interface.
• Bubbles point to the exact location where the feature can be used.
• Users can dismiss the bubble once seen and it will not show up again, keeping the interface clean.
• Ensures new functionality is noticed and easily adopted.

📝 AI-Enabled Referral Letters

• Practitioners can now create referral letters directly within OutSmart. (Training video here)
• Referrals may be typed manually or drafted with the help of AI.
• AI consolidates structured patient history from SOAP charts with practitioner guidance (e.g., type of specialist, reason for referral).
• The draft can be reviewed and fine-tuned before finalization.
• Finalized referrals are converted to PDF documents, which can then be emailed, faxed, or printed.
• Referral PDFs are automatically stored in the patient’s document history for future reference.

💳 Email Refunds

• Refund receipts can now be sent directly to patients by email.
• The option to email refund receipts is located on the refund print view.

🐞 Bug Fixes

• Some refund printouts used to include an extra blank page at the end. This has been fixed.
• Fixed an issue where emailing documents from the document viewer sometimes triggered a subscription warning for users who already had an active subscription.
