Important Note about Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
Office Management Update
New office management features have been introduced into the Office Details page.
Admin staff can now immediately add existing practitioners to clinics they are connected to.
Pending invitations can be renewed or cancelled more easily.
All practitioners who are invited to clinics will receive instructions via email on how to connect to the clinic.
Invitations can be easily renewed for invited practitioners and staff who do not respond within the invitation expiry timeline.
Behind The Scenes
This update is one of the several steps we are working on in the deployment of our new online booking system. The new booking system will be an optional upgrade (free for all paid subscribers), and it will host many new features including:
Branding the online booking page to look like your website
multi-location booking so that patients can book at any of your locations from the same online booking page
improved appointment availability browser
categories of services, so that you can organize your offered services into your own custom categories
booking questionnaire, allowing you to ask certain critical questions at the time of booking
and more.
Important Note about Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
Multi-factor authentication will be mandatory very soon. We
strongly
recommend that you set up MFA on your account before it becomes mandatory. Make sure to carefully
read the instructions before setup
